Important Notice: Registering an account on behalf of a minor is a serious offence and may result in legal action. The 88vv platform has zero tolerance in this matter.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 88vv Platform. This includes accounts registered using the same name, address, phone number, email address, device, or IP address. Holding multiple accounts — even under the name of a family member at the same address — must be reported to our support team in advance for case-by-case assessment.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the use of your account. Inaccurate information may result in delays in transaction processing, account suspension, or cancellation of wins.
88vv follows strict KYC procedures to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You may be asked to submit verification documents including:
Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is finalized.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. This includes your username, password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. 88vv will never ask for your password through any channel including email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or live chat.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 88vv support team immediately. The platform bears no responsibility for any losses arising from a Member's own negligence in safeguarding their account security.
A 88vv account is strictly for the Member's personal use only. You are not permitted to allow or share access to your account with any other party. Betting on behalf of others or accepting betting instructions from third parties is prohibited.
Security Recommendations: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security. Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
88vv supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others), and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT). All deposits are processed in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes depending on the selected method.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under your own name — matching the name on your 88vv account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited without exception. Accounts that have completed KYC verification will be prioritised in withdrawal processing, with a standard processing time of under 30 minutes.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on your chosen payment method and account level. Current limits can be viewed in the Finance section of the platform. 88vv reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time without prior notice.
All withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits may require additional verification, including a KYC review or phone confirmation. This is a security measure to protect your funds and is not intended to delay the withdrawal process.
Note: 88vv does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your financial service provider.
All bonuses received — including welcome bonuses, cashback, and promotional credits — are subject to the wagering requirements set for each promotion. Wagering requirements mean you must wager the received amount a specified number of times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
Bonuses are only available to Members who are active during the relevant promotion period. The Platform reserves the right to decline or void a bonus if there are signs of promotion abuse, including multiple registrations to claim bonuses repeatedly. Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
The 88vv VIP Program offers tiered rewards to loyal Members. VIP levels are determined based on your wagering activity within a specified period. VIP benefits include higher withdrawal limits, more generous cashback, priority customer support, and invitations to exclusive promotions. The platform reserves the right to review a Member's VIP level based on recent activity.
Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements that are not completed within the stipulated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without separate notice. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
All games on 88vv use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures every game outcome is random and cannot be influenced by any party. For live casino games, broadcasts are conducted in real time with professionally trained live dealers.
Game results recorded by the 88vv system are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your device and the records on our server, our server records shall serve as the official reference. Any complaints regarding game results must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.
Every game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the set limits will not be accepted by the system. The platform reserves the right to set individual betting limits based on account risk assessments.

Consequences of Violation: Any breach of these terms entitles 88vv to terminate the account, forfeit all associated balances and wins, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without any liability to the Member.
88vv strives to maintain continuous and stable service at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure outages, or cyberattacks.
To the extent permitted by law, 88vv's total liability to any Member in any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Member's account at the time of the claim. The platform is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect or unwarranted payout — whether too high or too low — 88vv reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Member's account balance to the accurate amount once an investigation has been completed.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 88vv support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering conditions have been fully met.
88vv reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:
Accounts showing no login activity for 12 months consecutive will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of RM10 per month or equivalent may be charged to inactive accounts that still carry a balance. The account will be closed once the balance reaches zero.
88vv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms.
Your continued use of the 88vv platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with standard procedures.
This Terms and Conditions document is interpreted and governed by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the 88vv platform is lawful under the local laws of their country or region. 88vv makes no representation that the content or services on the platform are legal or appropriate in every location.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties shall be referred to arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution forum as designated by 88vv from time to time.
